Passionate educator helps adults gain English language skills, creating a welcoming environment and setting high standards for success.
Congratulations to Brigette Kutschma (left), the adult English Language Learner instructor at Badger Community Education for being named Outstanding Teacher of the Year by the Coalition on Adult Basic Education (COABE), a national organization dedicated to advancing the field of adult literacy. Brigette will receive the 2020 Teacher of the Year Award during the COABE national conference, held April 5 to April 8 at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, MD. Brigette Kutschma is also invited to Capital Hill Day on April 8 to meet with legislators and talk about the value of Adult Education.
