incoming 10th, 11th and 12th graders.
If you have questions or to schedule an appointment,

  • LAKE GENEVA - Monday, June 10 AND Monday, July 15 - Starting at 4:00 p.m.
  • BURLINGTON - Tuesday, June 11 - Starting at 5:30 p.m.
  • WATERFORD - Tuesday, July 16 - Starting at 5:30 p.m.
  • EAST TROY - Monday, July 29 - Starting at 5:00 p.m.

IMPORTANT : Drop off the completed physical at Badger’s front office or upload during the online registration process. Aurora Health Care does NOT notify Badger HS of those who received a physical.
  If you have your own doctor, please bring this green physical form with you for your doctor to complete.
