Purchase Your Orange Shirt
Last year, our Grade 5 students met with Jennica Robinson from Indigenous design firm Design DePlume to design a shirt for National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, aka Orange Shirt Day.

They discussed what the criteria might be for effective designs of our shirts and she helped revise some design ideas. The group explored integrating Jewish themes such as tzedek tzedek tirdof (justice, justice, you shall pursue) that would make these designs reflect our vision as a Reform Jewish day school. Check out some photos from the process here.

The shirts are $25 and are ready to be purchased on our Leo Baeck Apparel shop. The proceeds from the shirts will be donated to the Orange Shirt Society.

Please order asap to be able to get your shirt in time for September 29, when we will observe Orange Shirt Day.
