It's hard to believe the holiday is already here. We wish you a wonderful holiday weekend. Please remember our office is closed Monday, May 27th.
Pool Time
The pool opens for swimming tomorrow, Friday, May 24th, at 8am. Please make sure to review all the rules for using the pool so that you can follow them. Remember drowning is silent, and kids should never be left unattended, even if they have swimming experience. Oversized floaties like unicorns and whales are not permitted as other swimmers can get trapped under them. If everyone follows the rules we'll all enjoy a most wonderful swimming season.
Pet Etiquette
Please be responsible pet owners and keep dogs on a leash at all times when not on your own property, and clean up after them. We get complaints regarding cats as well. If you do have a complaint regarding cats/dogs, please report them to the Humane Society at 208.342.3508. Thank you for helping us maintain a wonderful community!
Parking Reminder
It's that time when we start to see more recreational vehicles and trailers. Please be sure to remove these from view after 24 hours. Please also do not park in the bike lanes.
Lawn Care
We've had a wet spring, which brings a lot of quick growing weeds. Please be sure to treat for clover, dandelions, and weeds in your landscape beds. If your lawn is yellowish please consider a fertilizer and checking your watering controls. We do have a watering schedule. Even ending addresses should water Mon, Wed, Friday, while odd ending addresses water on Tues, Thurs, and Saturday. This is done on the honor system, as we understand there will be some fluctuations because of events and mowing schedules, but the better we can adhere to this the better the system will work for us. Thank you all for helping us maintain our community.
