COVID-19
Due to heightened concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic, we are postponing the spring annual meeting until further notice. We will continue to monitor the situation and update residents via email as soon as the meeting can be scheduled. We are also cancelling the Easter Egg Hunt.  To limit exposure for our employees in the office, Brighton is limiting all walk in traffic to emergency issues only, and encouraging all questions and concerns to be sent via email to: hoa@brightoncorp.com. Please continue to be cautious by washing hands, cleaning touched surfaces, covering coughs and sneezes, and practicing social distancing. Pet Complaints
Recently someone posted signs in the community next to neighbors homes about picking up dog waste without approval. These homes where signs were posted next to then had bags of waste thrown in their yards. These are such terrible actions. Please clean up after your pets and dispose of waster in a trash receptacle. 

Home Improvements
With everyone staying home and spring here, please remember to get approval for your exterior home improvements. This includes sheds, patio extensions, landscaping renovations, etc. The process is easy. Fill out and return the  ACC Request Form with a site plan, picture, or drawing explaining your request. Once received it will be reviewed and a response sent back by mail for your records within about 2 weeks.
