Thanksgiving Food Drive

Every Sunday through Nov 17, bring an "Item of the Week" to worship. Or donate items from the specified shopping list anytime. Food will be distributed across our community and will truly make a difference in the lives of our neighbors.

Family Service Project

Nov 10, 12 - 2pm

Families with preschool and elementary students are invited to serve together and experience community! Join in Fellowship Hall for a complimentary lunch while, together, we prepare UMCOR flood buckets, sort donations for the food drive, and pack snack bags for area students. There is no fee to attend but RSVPs appreciated. Click here for info.

Veterans Day

We at Chamblee First UMC are grateful for the service of veterans and their families, and the sacrifices they have made so that others can live free. Our preschool will be in session, but the church offices will be closed on Monday in observance of this Federal Holiday.

Do Unto Others Sermon Series

Sundays through Nov 24

Jesus taught that we should treat others as we want them to treat us – including those with whom we disagree. Known as The Golden Rule, a version of this teaching can be found in almost every religion in the world. This holds the power to bring people together again. And this is one of the most important things we can proclaim right now. #DoUntoOthers

Hanging of the Greens
