While cradled in this spacious wooden chamber encompassed by sound and vibration, the client receives an energy therapy that is precisely controlled, consistent, and repeatable.

Clients can expect to experience deepening relaxation while body and mind are soothed into a meditative state during the 40 minutes of music then eased into 10 minutes of peaceful silence which allows for body and mind to integrate the effects of the session.

These 50 minutes allow the nervous system to come back to balance.
Those who have experienced sessions in the Harmonic Egg often report profound changes such as relief from the hypervigilance of PTSD, balancing out of pulses, diminished stress, feeling connected with their body and increased clarity.

Halotherapy is an excellent way to combat a variety of respiratory conditions by cleansing and detoxing the lungs as well as invigorate the whole body with increased lung capacity and oxygen intake.

For general respiratory hygiene, once or twice a week visiting your local salt therapy facility can enhance the lung capacity, boost the immune system, reduce stress, and aid better sleep.

This gentle Vinyasa Flow class with Barb Holt on the roof of the Maritime Museum! This class will include postures to stretch, warm, and tone the body. Surrounded by the soothing elements of nature, experience a moving meditation designed to provide balance to mind, body, and spirit.

Heather LaFonde will be leading this gentle yoga flow as the gentle gong techniques of Peter Hess sound practitioner Heather Muszynski will be incorporated into this special offering of releasing and manifesting.

While surrounded by friendly & curious alpacas, Heather will weave you gently in and out of yoga poses for 45 minutes, you will then have the opportunity to sample a variety of wines. No experience in yoga, alpacas, or wine is required.

 Family friendly! Children ages 8 and up are welcome.
Anyone under age 21 will be offered soft drinks or water.

Health Benefits of Pink Himalayan Salt Bath:

  • A salt bath encourages balancing pH of the body, lowering of blood pressure, increase of metabolism and deep cleaning of skin.
  • Himalayan Pink Salt can be a powerful detoxifier: as the salt penetrates skin, it helps extract the toxins from skin & tissues, leaving you feeling refreshed & nourished.

  • As salt gets stored in the upper layer of the skin, it promotes skin hydration and plumpness. The natural protective film from the salt promotes better skin hydration, leaving it softer and smoother. 

  • Through promotion of better skin hydration, Himalayan salt helps bring relief to skin conditions such as acne, eczema and psoriasis.

  • Due to the presence of calcium, lactic acid and other trace minerals, it helps to relax and provide relief from cramped muscles and muscle aches or overall body soreness.

Use of Pink Himalayan Salt in a Bath:

Hydration is important - make sure before getting into the bath
a glass of water is within reach of your tub.

  1. Cleanse body with shower or bath before getting into a Himalayan Salt bath.
  2. Prepare a bath where the temperature makes you sweat without it being too hot or uncomfortable on your body.
  3. While the tub is filling, dissolve the Himalayan Bath Salts to ensure that the salt is evenly mixed. (Use about ½ cup of salt in half tub, add more for a stronger concentration. For a therapy bath suggestions are 2 cups or more.)
  4. Soak in bath for 15-20 minutes. Essential oil can be added for a soothing scent to increase relaxation - consider Peppermint or Lavender.
  5. When done soaking, slowly get out of the bath and pat dry - no need to rinse.
  6. Because this is a detox, please be sure to drink water to help flush the toxins

Buffalo has recently been authorized through the State of Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services as a teaching location for a MASSAGE SCHOOL for the Academy of Health, Inc. under the direction of Dr. Jeffrey Montoya.

This program would be a combination of Online and In-person. Classes will be limited to 4 - 6 students. More details to come as we finish the process!
