About the Trainer - Maureen Orman
After a career as a fitness professional and personal trainer, Maureen discovered yoga and went on to study with some of the world's top teachers. She became a Registered Senior Teacher with the Yoga Association of BC, later opening her own studio in suburban Vancouver, and leading classes, workshops, yoga retreats, and yoga teacher training courses throughout BC. She undertook MELT training in 2013, after a seemingly miraculous recovery from a debilitating wrist injury through her own practice of MELT, and has now completed the highest level of training available, MELT NeuroStrength.
