February in Ballooning
On February 17, 2010, Pierrick Duvoisin set the duration world record for AX-06 and AX-07 type balloons. Duvoisin launched from La Chaux-du-Milieu, Switzerland, flying for 27 hours, 41 minutes and 20 seconds before landing in Charleville-Mezieres, France. During this journey alone, he faced temperatures of -22.8 degrees celsius. This record still stands.
