Balloon Fiesta Insider
It's the time of year when we all think about Balloon Fiesta! And although this year's event is postponed, you can still enjoy the spirit of the event and the spectacle in a variety of ways.
- Balloon Fiesta Live! the live stream of all 14 sessions of Balloon Fiesta, will still be on the air each day of Balloon Fiesta week, Oct 3-11! Hosted by Glen Moyer and Art Lloyd Jr, the experienced broadcaster/balloonist duo will bring you live commentary, interviews as well as video highlights of previous Balloon Fiestas. The shows can be viewed live on BalloonFiesta.com, and on Balloon Fiesta's Facebook page. Login in at 7am and 7pm MDT for all the action and to chat with Glen and Art on what we're calling Balloon Fiesta Live! Siesta Edition. - In partnership with Yelp, we will be hosting a Balloon Fiesta week with some of the restaurants and merchandise sellers that would usually be at Balloon Fiesta Park, set to take place October 3-11. - Don't forget to follow #LiftingSpirits and #LiftingSpiritsAroundtheWorld October 3 and 4, on social media where you'll get to see hot air balloon pilots from around the world document their flights. Lifting Spirits was created to not only lift spirits around the world, but also to honor front-line workers, learn more on their website.

Merchandise Update
Calling all Balloon Fiesta collectors! Limited edition 2020 Balloon Fiesta Siesta merchandise will be available to purchase online, Monday, September 21 at 7:00 a.m. MDT. The pins, face masks and t-shirts are embellished with a fun, unique design to commemorate 2020. They are expected to go quickly, so grab yours before they sell out. Pro-tip: log in to

Keith Takach is a Balloon Fiesta pilot who first started competing in ballooning events in 2004. Now, Keith competes regularly because he loves the challenge of precision flying.
