Good afternoon Sweetgrass Community,
We have received a few questions regarding the electronic delivery and mailing of ballots for our current election, and wanted to provide a couple of quick reminders:
- Ballots were emailed on Friday. To date, we have 98% of all residents in the community accounted for via email. Additionally, for those that do not have email access, a mailed ballot was confirmed mailed to them.
If you are utilizing a Gmail account, please understand that Google does sometimes place these emails in your "Promotions" tab. You'll want to be sure to check that, and chances are your ballot is waiting for you there. This is automated by Google and does not seem to be an issue for most email servers.
- Mailed ballots will be arriving this week. You have the option to mail in your ballot OR vote electronically.
- Voting will end on August 17, 2021.
If you are voting electronically, your username and password are unique to your home and may not be shared. The username and password are located on the top-right corner of the email you received from the Elections Administrator (TIEiVOTE) as well as your mail ballot.
The Sweetgrass Association does not have access to your ballot or your login information. If you are having difficulties logging in to the system, you will need to reach out directly to the Elections Administrator:
