Baltimore Farmers'
Market & Bazaar Newsletter

Earlier this month, the winners of the Baltimore Sun's Best: Readers’ Choice 2021 ballot were announced. We were so pleased to learn that readers voted the Baltimore Farmers' Market & Bazaar the Best Farmers Market! Such an honor would not be possible without the participation and support of our incredible farmers, artisans, and vendors.
Like the extraordinary Steve Chu, co-founder of Ekiben, who was declared this year's Best Chef. Not only that, but his Asian fusion chain is being heralded as Baltimore's Best Asian Restaurant. It's easy to understand why once you sink your teeth into one of their delicious spicy pork buns. Try one this Sunday at Ekiben's booth! You can also check out more of their Thai- and Cantonese-inspired menu items below.

If you're looking to take your meals to the next level, look no further than Max's Degrees. These small batch spice blends come in a variety of flavors and combinations — from mild to hot and every degree in between. Most of Max's herbs are homegrown, and they source as many of the remaining ingredients as possible from local organic farms. Max's also smokes its own products in house with real wood chips. You can truly taste the care and attention that goes into each one of Max's Degrees spice blends,
A crowd favorite is Vampire Slayer — equal parts black garlic, pecan wood smoked garlic, slow roasted fresh garlic, and black lava salt. Sprinkle it on all your favorite foods for a rich burst of bulbous flavor (and to keep away any unwelcome visitors).
