Register & Sign Forms
These forms must be completed before the first day of camp:
- All-bands registration form (online only). This form allows us to capture important contact information. We also ask for a $250 donation for band camp, $600 for the rest of the season, and additional donations if your student participates in concert band and/or jazz band. All students may participate regardless of ability to pay, and this form can be completed without paying anything at this time. Please contact Mr. McKeown if you need financial aid.
- Off-campus permission and emergency card (printed and signed). If your student was in the 4th of July parade, you should have already completed these.

What to Bring/Wear/Expect
- IMPORTANT: A one-gallon thermos of ice water with your student's name on it. Itβs going to be hot! Jugs are available at sporting goods stores, Target, supermarkets, and online.
- 1β- 1.5β binder, a pencil, and 25 sheet protectors.
- Comfortable, closed-toed shoes, appropriate for exercise.
- Lightweight clothing for hot days and a jacket or sweater for cool evenings.
- Lots of sunblock to wear and reapply during the day.
- Sunglasses and a hat. There are times when students will be rehearsing facing west at sunset.
- Snacks for brief breaks.
- A plan for the dinner break. Parents must make arrangements ahead of time, as food is not provided. Either leave food with your student or give him/her permission and money to go off campus. Most students prefer to eat at local restaurants (Subway, El Pollo Loco, Dominos, etc). Students may go off campus ONLY when paired with another student or in a group.
- Don't forget the water! Each student should bring AT LEAST one gallon of water and refill their jug/thermos as needed.
