ALL BANDS
Band Parents Association Meeting Tuesday, Feb. 12, 7:30 pm
Come to our Band Parents Association meeting next Tuesday at 7:30 pm in the band room. Please note the later time. We will be discussing next year's board positions, the Rome tour budget, and more. We will also vote to approve the minutes of both January and December.


Unsold Auction Items
At the BPA meeting, we will also be offering a few unsold auction items from last week's Bands at the Broad at greatly reduced prices! We have everything from a teen movie night package and bath and beauty products to artwork, music lessons, and passes and gift cards to local restaurants and merchants. We even have passes for Molly Malone’s Irish Pub for St. Patrick’s Day! So come snag a bargain while donating to a great cause.

Festival has been canceled this year; please make note of it on your calendar!

BANDS AT THE BROAD
Bands at the Broad
Great news: Bands at the Broad raised more than $19,000, making it our most successful program to date. Thank you to everyone who donated, brought cupcakes, volunteered, attended, and supported this program. Without the hard work of so many, we wouldn't have had such a successful evening.

SPRING MUSICAL PIT ORCHESTRA
Rehearsal Snacks
We're still looking for volunteers to bring snacks to Pit Orchestra rehearsals and to help serve dinner on Friday, Feb. 22 and Thursday, Feb. 28. Please sign up here to help feed the Pit.

This Week's Schedule
Monday Feb. 11, 3:30-5:30 p.m.: Instrument set-up and sound check. Need two percussion players and six or more other volunteer Pit musicians. Please inform Pit Managers if you will attend!

Tuesday, Feb. 12, 3:45-6:15 p.m.: Full Pit Orchestra rehearsal

Wednesday, Feb. 13, 3:45-6:15 p.m.: Full Pit Orchestra rehearsal

Final Payment Due
The final payment of $1,000 (or your balance) is due on Thursday, Feb. 28.

Mandatory Meeting
There is a mandatory meeting for students, parents/guardians, chaperones, and administrators on Thursday, March 14 at 7 p.m. in the band room.
