Banyan Community and Civic Bridgers began a new and exciting partnership this semester. Civic Bridgers champions civic engagement at all levels and has developed a new teen focused curriculum called Beyond Civics. 5th Grade Leaders

One of the greatest assets that Banyan can help youth develop is compassionate leadership skills. The 5th Grade Leaders program is geared toward helping youth begin to see themselves as leaders, specifically learning how to be role models at Banyan and during their school day.

This spring Banyan Community has a couple staff adjustments to note. First, Holly Miller, Director of Development and Marketing needed to step away from her position. Second, Allison Burns is stepping up into a new position as the Director of Youth Programs!
