CHITU Progeny Racing & Training BUFFALO MAX (Chitu - Wind Racer by Curlin), a 2017 Baoma homebred gelding owned by Aureliano Noguez, won his last outing July 21st by 3 lengths - a mile and a 1/4 Allowance for 3-year-olds and up at Mountaineer. Buffalo Max and other runners have shown Chitu's can go dirt or turf, short or long.

CHITU ME TOO, a 2017 filly (Chitu - Spanish Gem) #3, flew from behind to run a very good 3rd in her MSW first start at 5 furlongs on the turf at Del Mar August 1st. Trained by Peter Eurton, ridden by Flavian Prat, congratulations to the ownership group and Florida breeders Irish Eyes Stable/Verbarctic Farm.

UNTAMED LADY (Chitu - Wild Luna), a 2018 filly, had her first work July 27. She did 3 furlongs in :37.34 and is training with Todd Pletcher at Saratoga. She sold for $50,000 at OBS Spring where she breezed an impressive 10 flat. Congratulations to Florida breeders Bob Dalton and Christine Weiss on getting her off to a great start.

WINDY CITY RED (Chitu - Gator Hall), a 2018 colt, has been working well at Golden Gate Fields, most recently August 2nd at 4 furlongs in :47.80 on the All Weather surface. He sold at OBS Spring after breezing a 1/4 in 21 flat to Nick J. Hines, agent for $54,000. Congratulations to Florida breeders Dr. & Mrs. James Gamble.

Baoma's Keeneland September Yearling purchase of 2018, HAPPIER, made her first start a winning one at Del Mar July 31st, earning an 89 Beyer along the way and named a TDN Rising Star (link). Happier (Street Sense - On My Way, by Giant's Causeway) sped to the front out of the gate and led through the 7 furlongs to win by 3 1/4 lengths. Bred by Waymore, LLC, many thanks go to Donato Lanni, Eisaman Equine, jockey Flavien Prat, and to Bob Baffert and team in getting her here for us.
