Join us in thanking God for the role church leaders in this region have played in ecumenical movements. We also give thanks for the partnership between BMS World Mission and BWA Horizons, which has facilitated the addition of two new staff members to serve in the rapidly-growing areas of Africa and India.

Join us in prayer for political, ministry, and church leaders as they respond to the changes resulting from Brexit and the impact of COVID-19. We also thank God for the leadership of EBF General Secretary Tony Peck, who makes his home in England, and we pray for his ministry throughout the region.

Irish Baptist Networks is a member of the BWA 1905 Founders Circle and helped fund the creation of the Heritage & Mission Welcome Center that opened at the BWA Office in Falls Church, Virginia, USA, in 2019.
Join us in thanking God for the vital role that Baptist leaders in Ireland have played in the life of the BWA since its beginning in 1905.
Join us in prayer that Baptists would continue to have a positive witness in a rapidly-changing society.
Violence continues to escalate in Myanmar. Over the last two weeks, the military has used excessive force and arrested innocent civilians, including Baptists who were peacefully gathered within a church facility. Dozens of people have been killed and thousands injured.

Through a BWAid grant, healthcare workers were able to set up free charity clinics and to collaborate with emergency rescue teams. The initiative leader writes, "Little did we know that our charity clinic announcement will have such an impact on our healthcare colleagues who saw us as standing together with them in solidarity to fight for a good cause." To global Baptist sisters and brothers, the leader writes: "Please stand with us, pray for us, and also support many who have given up their jobs, livelihoods, and lives. The future is bleak, the air is filled with tear gas, and our roads are stained with blood flowing from innocent lives."

For Christian Unity

O God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, our only Saviour, the Prince of Peace,
give us grace seriously to lay to heart the great dangers we are in by our unhappy divisions. Take away all hatred and prejudice, and whatsoever else may hinder us from godly union and concord: that, as there is but one Body, and one Spirit, and one hope of our calling, one Lord, one Faith, one Baptism, one God and Father of us all, so we may henceforth be all of one heart, and of one soul, united in one holy bond of truth and peace, of faith and charity, and may with one mind and one mouth glorify thee; through Jesus Christ our Lord.
