1 BWA Member Body
Association of Bible Baptist Churches in Madagascar
  • 433 Churches
  • 10,106 Members

At 226,917 square miles, Madagascar is the world's fourth largest island.
Join us in thanking God for the vital evangelistic efforts and public witness of local Baptist churches during this challenging time.
We were thankful to partner with the association last year to provide food, hygiene products, and educational resources through a BWAid emergency grant. We pray for continued opportunities to meet practical needs that create open doors to share the Gospel.
We join also in praying for the people of Bhutan and the Indian Ocean Islands:
Comoros, Maldives, Mauritius, and Seychelles.
The 22nd Baptist World Congress is rapidly approaching! We are excited about what God has in store for this powerful time of worship, fellowship, and prayer. We are looking for people to join our Congress prayer team to intercede throughout the event and to connect specifically with attendees requesting prayer. If you are interested in serving in this way, please click the button below to complete a brief form.
“And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.” (Acts 2:38)

On this Pentecost Sunday, may we know again the power of the Holy Spirit flowing in vibrant witness through our lives and through the church. As we continue our observance of BWA Global Impact Month, I encourage you to take advantage of the variety of resources we have created to support you as you stand together with Baptists worldwide in calling for a mighty demonstration of the Spirit's power.
Grant Us Clear Eyes

Heavenly Father,
you have welcomed us into your kingdom
and your heart’s desire is to draw every human being to yourself.
Grant us clear eyes to see people as you see them,
sensitive feet to stand in their shoes,
and warm smiles to welcome them into your name.
Give us generous hearts
that our church becomes a foretaste of heaven
where every soul you send us
finds their loving home in the community of your Son,
our Saviour Jesus Christ, Amen.

(Prayer from Mauritius – The Church of the Province of the Indian Ocean)
