Prayer:
We pray for wisdom for Baptist leaders as they respond to a growing number of youth-led societal protests this year.
In a year with so many challenges, we give thanks to God for his steadfast love that sustains us. In the midst of trials, God is with us and God is faithful.

I also give thanks for you, and for our Baptist family across the globe. We have stood together this year, working to relieve hunger and suffering, providing disaster relief, defending human rights and religious freedom, and furthering the Gospel in every region of the world.

Would you take a moment to watch a brief video of thankfulness to the Lord for his work through you and the BWA family during this extraordinary year?
A Prayer from Myanmar

Give us this day our daily bread.
All good gifts of the earth come from your generous hands, God.
Yet, this abundance is not shared equally among us.
While some are satisfied, others are starving.
Women often become the victims of exploitation
because they are desperate to feed and care for their children.
If only we would be mindful that each and every one of us must pray:
Give us this day our daily bread.
