Carryover Credits

Per Administrative Rule 6.02(d), attorneys who exceed the 24 credit hour minimum requirements during a two-year reporting period may carryover a maximum of 6 credit hours to the next reporting period. No ethics credit hours may be carried over.

It is helpful to keep in mind that it provides you no CLE reporting benefit to continue to report excess CLE credit hours once you have met the minimum CLE requirements and have maxed out your 6 carryover credits.
2020-2022 CLE Reporting Period Ended June 30th
