This 90-minute intensive workshop hosted by Curtis teaches the art, science, and strategy behind one of the most empowering lifts in strength training. Curtis, a USA Powerlifting Certified Club Coach, uses science-backed principles and vast experiences to create a learning environment that is welcoming, educational, and transformative.
