Barbro is the all-time best-selling poet of Sweden. She became an international literary sensation by the time she was 12. As an infant, Barbro started having memories of her life as Anne Frank, with nightmares of angry men running up the stairs, yelling, with dogs barking, trying to beat down her door. When she was 2 years old she told her parents her name wasn't Barbro, it was Anne.

From Barbro's book:
And the Wolves Howled: fragments of two lifetimes (2000)
An extraordinary book. Deserves to be taken seriously.--International Herald Tribune

A very thought-provoking read! Whether or not she was really Anne Frank in another life, I do not doubt Karlen's sincerity.--Rabbi Yonassan Gershom, author of Beyond the Ashes and From Ashes to Healing
Anne Frank's cousin, Buddy Elias (past president of Anne Frank Foundation), gave Barbro his approval: "I have developed a very deep friendship with her."

Only recently has Barbro begun to speak publicly about her past life and the lessons of hope and well-being she's learned. Her message is incredibly optimistic --potentially able to end the tribalism and division that has plagued humanity.
