Excellence in Academics

Bardol, Bartnicki, Neary, Williams Highlight Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2021
Four juniors crack exclusive statewide list for academic achievement
Juniors Sean Bardol, Aidan Bartnicki, Molly Neary, and Eleanor Williams were recognized for their academic efforts Wednesday as they represented Marquette on the Indiana Association of School Principals' (IASP) Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2021.

"Sean, Aidan, Molly, and Ellie are exceptional representatives of Marquette both in the classroom and in the community. I'm very pleased they're receiving this much-deserved recognition," principal Allyson Headd said.

Bardol owns a 4.43 grade-point average while Bartnicki boasts a 4.57 GPA. Neary and Williams possess 4.47 and 4.17 grade-point averages, respectively.

Each Indiana high school was invited to nominate up to four students currently in the 11th grade based on academic achievement. Rising Stars of Indiana is recognizing students for the fourth time, as a complement to the Indiana Academic All-Stars recognition program for high school seniors, now in its 34th year.
