Talks of Lawsuit Protection for Business in D.C.

Senate Republicans are preparing to offer a five-year shield from coronavirus lawsuits as part of a forthcoming Federal relief proposal. Businesses would only be liable if they did not make a reasonable effort to follow public health guidelines or were negligent. The Hill has more.
