Bargersville RDC OKs TIF District, Financing for Baldwin Social Project

Bargersville is taking another step toward downtown redevelopment. The town's Redevelopment Commission approved financing and a new TIF district to support the "Baldwin Social" mixed-use project, bringing new small office space, housing, and additional investment to the heart of downtown.
