Celebrate Library Card Sign-Up Month With Wonder Woman This September

September is Library Card Sign-up Month, and this year the honorary chair is the iconic DC superhero, Wonder Woman! To celebrate this special occasion, we're pulling out all the stops with a Wonder Woman library card, an array of prizes including gift cards and two free tablets, and fun videos on social media from library staff and local cosplayers. Kick off the festivities with this video from Justice League Arizona and then read on to learn how you can join in!
Due to demand, event may conclude early if trucks are full.
We will be implementing social distancing guidelines so you must stay in your vehicle and we will remove the boxes from your vehicle.
This shred event is for citizens of Glendale only.
BOND ELECTION
Voters in Glendale will have the opportunity to voice their opinions on four important bond questions in the upcoming election to be held on November 3rd, 2020. If approved by voters, questions one through four will make $187,900,000 in new bond financing available for infrastructure improvements in existing parks, street reconstruction, expansion of the Glendale landfill and storm drain improvements.

Be Counted: Census 2020
It has never been easier to respond to the census on your own - whether online at www.2020census.gov, by phone, or by mail - all without having to meet a census taker.
I introduced an idea designed to remind drivers of the importance of driving safely on neighborhood streets.
They are 18" x 24" signs, red on one side and yellow on the other.
Let me know if you'd like one for your yard.
