Bartram Springs Personal Training and Assisted Stretching

Work one-on-one or in small groups with NASM certified personal trainer Micki Woodford. A fitness professional for the past 8 years, Micki has also worked as a sports counselor and high school basketball coach, and has trained and completed countless Triathlons, Adventure Races, Terrain Races, and Full and Half Marathons.
