- Whether to propose new and amended rules under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 relating to conflicts of interest associated with broker-dealers’ and investment advisers’ use of predictive data analytics in connection with certain investor interactions
- Whether to propose amendments to the exemption for internet advisers from the prohibition against registration under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940

MUNICIPAL SECURITIES RULEMAKING BOARD
The MSRB board of directors will meet to discuss market regulation, market transparency, and market structure and data. The board will also discuss proposed amendments to MSRB Rule G-14 to shorten the timeframe for trades to be reported to the MSRB from 15 minutes to as soon as practicable, but no later than one minute, subject to certain exceptions. US second-quarter GDP. Economists anticipate a 1.8% annual growth rate following the 2% pace in 1Q.

FINANCIAL STABILITY OVERSIGHT COUNCIL
The US Treasury’s FSOC meeting will include an executive session, with agenda items including an update on the work of the council’s Nonbank Mortgage Servicing Task Force and an update on developments in the banking sector. The preliminary agenda for the meeting’s public session includes an update on the council’s Climate-related Financial Risk Committee and an update on the transition from Libor.
