Cost: $250 total per person

Classroom portion is approximately 3-4 hrs depending on how many questions are asked.

Basic Pistol Course Information

This is a certified Focal Pointe Course. This course will consist of pistol handling fundamentals, nomenclatures of both revolvers & semi-automatic pistols, sight alignment & sight picture (aiming), iron sights & red dot optics, trigger pull, caliber and ammo types, holster considerations, weapons cleaning, additional proper weapons training considerations in your own home as well as receiving professional training.

There will be "LIVE FIRE" at the gun range that day as well as a shooting qualification. To pass the shooting qualification, you will need to score an 80% shooting score which is 24 out of 30 rounds on target.

Cost: $250 total per student. If you don’t have a fire arm, no problem, I'll have different weapon systems available. If you would like to bring your own pistol to practice...not a problem...but DO NOT BRING THE FIREARM OR ANY AMMO into the classroom. 

If you don't have ammo for Live Fire training...no worries...I can provide the ammo but will cost an additional $25 for a box of 50 rounds. Once training is completed, and would like to shoot more rounds...no problem as long as its in the time frame we're allowed to shoot. 

Paying options for the course will be done through Venmo (@johnnyholliday) before the day of training. If you use Venmo, do not send it under “Services” because there’s a $2 fee. If you don't use Venmo, please contact me before the day of training and we'll get you squared away.

NOTE: If for some reason you end up not able to attend but already pre-paid, there will be no refund but you will have 3 months to attend the course. If you are pregnant you will not be allowed to shoot any weapons (no exceptions) until 6 weeks after the child's birth at no additional charge. It will be your responsibility to contact me and schedule the shooting range time. After you complete the whole course I will then send you your certificate of completion.

We will be taking breaks during the training so please feel free to bring any snacks or lunch for yourself.
