Thank you Dan Bombard, for 6 years of dedicated service on the Batavia United Way Board of Directors. Your commitment, leadership, energy and ability to organize 100 Day of Caring Volunteers has been invaluable.
Enjoy your extra free time....until the leaves fall!
The SB6 Chick Fil A Fundraiser is THIS     Thursday, May 5th!

On Thursday, May 9, from 8am to 8pm, 20% of all sales purchased at the Batavia Chick Fil A on Randall Rd will go to Success By 6 Scholarships.

This fundraiser has been organized by Sue Bauer and her friends at Batavia Kiwanis with help from the Batavia Women's Club and the Batavia High School Key Club. What a collaboration!

Take the night off of cooking and dine at Chick Fil A ....great sandwhiches, salads, fresh squeezed lemonade and more! Simply indicate you are there to support this cause and you will enjoy a delicious meal and help a family in need afford a full day of kindergarten learning.

This same team has taken lunch orders from all Batavia Schools Staff for delivery on Wednesday and Thursday of this week to increase our sales and allow one more child to benefit from this program.

Thank you Chick Fil A, Sue Bauer, Nan Phillips and all of your crew!

Thank you to Batavia High School National Honor Society and the 2016 Rent A Senior Fundraiser!
Rent A Senior is a long standing tradition at Batavia High School and is organized by the National Honor Society as a local fundraiser.

For a nominal fee, underclassman can "Rent A Senior" for a day and dictate what "assistance" they are to provide in exchange for the donation. One Senior had to wear a tutu and carry his underclasswoman and her backpack to all of her classes, another couple, rented together, were to wear Star Wars outfits for the day. The creativity behind the demands was endless.

Aside from it being fun, this event raised $1200 for the Batavia United Way Sucess By 6 scholarship program. We are very proud of these student leaders and their BHS Mentor Christine Klink who inspires them.

The wait list for Kindergarten Enrichment Scholarships is growing and these events will go far in meeting our goal of providing for every low income student who needs the support and the extra half day of learning.

Well done Class of 2016! Best of luck in all your future endeavours!

Save the Date for Pancakes & Exercise !

Our 5K walk/run & /10K run is back on October 22, 2016 and we would love to have you join us at the level of your choice. While we do not want to wish our summer away, this event is a great opportunity to run along the beautiful Fox River on a Fall day, reward yourself with a full pancake breakfast at Pal Joey's AND help us raise funds for over 15 area non-profits that assist Batavians.

For ages 10 and under, sign up for the 1/4 mile Fun Run.

Costumes encouraged for all levels!
