Tuesday- Chicken Corn Chowder / Italian Gnocchi
~ Chicken corn chowder is ideal for this time of year, comforting and warm, yet reminiscent of summer with the sweet pops of corn that fill every bowl. Nothing rounds out this meal like a buttermilk biscuit to dunk into it.
The Italian gnocchi is a great vegetarian option for even the meat lovers in your home. Tomato and cream base soup is always a winner then we add veggies and those delicious potato dumplings to make every bite filled with something yummy. Our salad of the week along with our herb salt bread would be a great meal.

Thursday- Vegetarian Souper Soup / Sausage Beer Cheese
~ The super soup you all know is definitely one of our best sellers and most loved soups that we make. However, we are doing a vegetarian spin on it, all the things you love just minus the chicken; sweet potatoes, quinoa, greens, tomatoes, and just a dash of cayenne pepper.
Many of you have asked for the return of this soup, and I am right there with you. I love this soup and once you try it you will see why. Uber flavorful with Thomas sausage, onions, shallots, and a blend of cheeses that will make you want to buy more to freeze for later. I have even made mussels then poured this soup over top for a completely different dinner. It was fantastic.
Friday- Spinach Feta Chicken Meatballs with Orzo
~ Some of you have said this is your favorite meal and I have to say it's hard to disagree. Each meatball is filled with flavor from fresh herbs, feta cheese and finely chopped spinach. Pair that with Jess's garlicy orzo and her roasted red pepper sauce and you have yourself a meal you will not want to share. Dinner is done.
