Tuesday-Beef Barley / Lemon Chicken Orzo
~This is one of Jess's favorite soups, and you can tell whenever you taste it. The beef is always cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth tender, yet the veggies still hold their credibility and flavor. Always filling and hearty, a meal in a bowl for sure.
It is a hard pick between chicken or beef this week. Sometimes the right answer is to just get one of each. However, there is never a wrong choice when it comes to food, just go with what you're craving. The Lemon Chicken Orzo has tons of bright herbacous flavor that work so well with the chicken stock base. It is just an ideal pairing with our rosemary garlic bread.

Thursday- Tuscan White Bean / Potato Soup
~One of my favorite vegetarian soups, and it is a classic to boot. I love the way the beans break down to make this super flavorful broth along with the veggies and tons of herbs. It is one of the more comforting, filling, yet healthy soups that we make.
It is tough choice in the vegetarian department this week too, and Jess makes a mean potato soup. When we say potato soup, we are serious, 80% of what goes in the pot is potatoes. It's what gives the soup that delicious creamy texture along with a perfect mashed potato flavor. There is also tons of veggies and herbs to help elevate it to another level.
Friday- Chicken Pot Pie
~If you have had one of our Pot Pies, you know. You know you want another one. They are delicate yet completely packed with chicken and veggies. We cook the insides just enough to make it all stay together, it is a little slice of heaven at the end of a long week. Dinner is done.
