Tuesday- Thai Shrimp Stew / Italian Tortellini
~ Thai shrimp stew is one of our personal favorites here at Batch. With a base of coconut milk and red curry then lots of veggies, plump shrimp, and rice added in, this soup will have you devouring it in no time. The red curry is not a spice to be scared of, it gives this stew a warm comforting heat, not necessarily spicy.
Our Italian tortellini soup is the perfect vegetarian soup for this time of year. The tomato and cream base is ideal for a chilly December day and with all the veggies, greens and tortellini added in and makes for a full meal in a bowl. Perfectly pairs with our sea salt bread.

Thursday- Beef Vegetable / Potato Soup
~ Two classics on the same day, how wonderful. The beef vegetable is a fast seller, and it is not hard to figure out why. Tender cuts of sirloin that melt in your mouth along with perfectly cooked veggies, and tons of fresh herbs all in a dark savory beef base. Remember, we do not use jarred bases. All of our soup's stocks are made from the ingredients within.
Then there is the potato soup, and we don't mess around when it comes to using potatoes, we use a lot of potatoes. There are also carrots, celery, onion, fresh herbs, and just enough cream to tie it all together. Highly recommend our rosemary garlic bread to dunk.
Friday- Shrimp Fried Rice
~ If you've had this meal then you know how perfect a meal it is for a busy Friday night. Jess takes her time with this dish; each component is made separately as to keep its integrity within the dish. We broil the shrimp with soy, ginger, and garlic, sauté the veggies lightly with oil, cook the rice till fluffy, and the egg till just done. Then when we add it all together, magic. Dinner is done.
Saturday- Quiche
~Shrimp, Spinach, Gruyere
~Ham, Peppers, Onion, Cheddar
~Tomato, Spinach, Italian Cheese
