Tuesday-Chicken Noodle / Chili
~You all have asked for it, and we aim to please, so Chicken Noodle soup it is this week. It is said to cure what ails you, both mind and body, and I tend to believe it. A big bowl of soup with a crusty piece of olive oil bread, and you will hear no complaints from the family.
As for my daughter, you won't find a meal she likes more than Chili. She "doesn't like tomatoes" but she will eat 2 giant bowls of chili, go figure. We thought many of you may be in the same boat from time to time and could use an easy meal option for the week. Chili and biscuits for the win.

Thursday- Broccoli Cheddar
~Keeping with the theme this week, another classic. Our broccoli cheddar soup is full of veggies, from carrots to potatoes, hearty and packed with flavor. One of my favorite soups to pair with a buttery biscuit or even use as a side for a hot sandwich or panini.
Friday-Italian Pulled Beef
~Hot beef sandwiches on our homemade buns, this is truly an ideal fall Friday night meal. Jess breaks down all the beef by hand and marinates it with onions, garlic, banana peppers, and fresh herbs and spices. We cook the beef low and slow until it falls apart. Pair with our salad for the week and dinner is done.

Salad- Tortellini
~We marinate the cheese tortellini in our homemade balsamic dressing and blend them with fresh tomatoes and herbs and place it on a bed of mixed greens.
