Tuesday- Ham and Bean

~ A classic and a favorite for many of us. This soup is made of smokey ham hocks that we boil to get all the flavor out, then we add tons of veggies and white beans to make this an extremely hearty and healthy soup. Perfectly pairs with a buttermilk biscuit.

Thursday- Broccoli and Cheddar and MINGLE ON MAIN

~ A soup the whole family loves makes for any easy dinner. Jess does not mess around either, this soup is loaded to the brim with broccoli, carrots, and potatoes to make it healthy yet filling dinner option. Then we add in some cheddar cheese to make it all the more lovable. 



Friday- Shrimp Fried Rice

~ Fluffy rice, tender veggies, egg, and tasty shrimp all cooked with Jess's scratch made sesame soy sauce. The perfect dinner to shake up your same old dinner routine at the end of the week. We will have a vegetarian option also, as we cook the shrimp separate. Dinner is done. 





Saturday- Quiche

~Ham and Cheddar

Salad- Greek Couscous 

~Seasoned couscous combined with fresh tomatoes, olives, red onion, and feta cheese all on a bed of romaine and spinach.
