~This is one of those soups that can be very warming and comforting on a cool day but can also make you feel like summer with corn, plump shrimp, and tons of vegetables. Jess seasons it just right, Cajun does not have to be spicy, just flavorful and herbaceous. Perfect with a buttermilk biscuit.

Thursday- Italian Tortellini
~ You all know this is a fan favorite, with a tomato and cream base it is hard to go wrong. Then we add fresh spinach, vegetables, and cheese tortellini to round it all out. It is a soup the whole family loves and is the perfect pairing with a grilled cheese.
Friday- Tex-Mex Meatloaf
~ This is not your grandmother's meatloaf. We mix ground beef with just the right amount of seasoning, black beans and corn. Then we pile cheese on top, wrap it in a giant tortilla and bake till hot and crispy. It is closer to a burrito then a meatloaf, and a meal I personally crave. Dinner is done.
