Menu

week of May 23rd~ May 27th

Tuesday- Gumbo-laya

~ Taste like summer in the south. This soup is more like a stew because it is loaded with chicken, sausage, shrimp, and tons of veggies. It is well balanced with ingredients and flavor with a touch of heat and fresh herbs. Pairs beautifully with our buttermilk biscuits.

Thursday- Cauliflower and Roasted Red Pepper

~ This is a unique and craveable soup. It has a delicious texture and flavor with the combination of cauliflower and sweet roasted red peppers. Jess seasons it perfectly and adds just enough cream to tie all those flavors together. Pair it with our sea salt and pepper bread for an ideal lunch or dinner.

Friday- Memorial Day Sides

~ It has kind of become a tradition here at Batch to make side dishes before a holiday weekend. Our motto has always been, that we cook for you so that you can enjoy your family and friends. Let us do the hard stuff. So, this Friday we will be making some of our personal favorite side dishes at a picnic.
