~ We will just be making one vegetarian soup this week, it seems the meat eaters like their soup more. But never the less, it's a good one. Can't go wrong with potato leek. Creamy, flavorful and it makes the perfect accompaniment to any meal.
Friday- Italian Pulled Beef
~ Hooray! Lent is over and we can all eat meat guilt free on Fridays again. Sorry, our beloved vegetarians, but this Friday meal is for the carnivores. Buy a quart or a pint and grab our homemade buns to make a perfect beef sandwich.
