Tuesday-Zuppa Tuscana
~Everyone's favorite soup is back. I feel like it has been a long while since we made this, and I know what I am having for lunch Tuesday. We start with three types of Thomas sausage, hot, mild, and their delicious salt and pepper, to make the super flavorful base. We cook that up with veggies, greens, tomatoes, tender gnocchi, and a little bit of cream to make a soup that the whole family loves.

Thursday- Corn and Tomato
~Fresh picked Ambrose corn makes up the majority of this summer soup. Pair all that goodness with their crazy good tomatoes, fresh herbs, and onions and you have yourself a perfect bowl of soup. All you'll need is a buttermilk biscuit to dunk in.
Friday- Summer Sausage Pasta
~ My dad would always make a meal similar to this in the summertime. Simply made from tomatoes, zucchini, onions, garlic, herbs, all caramelized together with sausage. It was one of those great meals that got born out of having just odds and ends to create with, but then soon became a repeat meal throughout the summer. I can only imagine what Jess will do with this simple recipe, elevating the ingredients to their highest level. Dinner is done.
