~ A taste of summer on a February day, this soup will remind you of longer days to come. Chicken, potatoes, herbs, and lots of veggies (including corn of course) all in a creamy base, this soup is sure to please. Pairs perfectly with our herb salt bread.
On a lighter side but just as tasty, our vegetarian soup is the perfect lunch for a sunny winters day. This soup is loaded with flavor and has a great texture because of the way Jess blends the roasted red peppers along with lots of veggies and fresh herbs.

Thursday- Sweet Potato and Bacon / Lemon Chicken Orzo
~ This is one of those soups that Jess made up one day when we had sold out of everything, and we needed to whip something up quick. Well, we fell in love with it and so did all of you. Now it's a staple on our menu. It is the ultimate in sweet and savory, with the sweetness from the yams but the salty from the bacon, the savory from all the fresh herbs. Perfect with a biscuit.
With its bright lemon and herb flavor and tasty tender chicken and pasta in every bite, this soup will cure what ails you. It begins with boiling chicken for the base and adding in all our veggies and fresh lemon to make it all pop. This soup is ideal to dunk our rosemary garlic bread in.
Friday- Empanadas- Chicken Jalapeno Popper / Sweet Potato and Black Bean
~ I think you all know what I am going to say, I am so excited for this meal! I absolutely am obsessed with our empanadas. I mean our dough is perfect, flaky yet chewy and holds up to whatever we stuff inside. Speaking of the insides, we chose some pretty awesome fillings this time. Slow roasted chicken with fresh jalapenos and cream cheese for the carnivores and for the vegetarians, roasted sweet potatoes and black beans seasoned just right. Jess will be whipping some sort of sauce to dunk these bad boys into too.
We ask that you do preorder if you can, so we do not run out. Dinner is done.
