~ You all know how I love a tomato and cream based soup, and I think most of you feel the same way. This one is full of veggies like carrots, celery, onions, and spinach. Then we add some fluffy gnocchi in there to make it a family friendly dinner.
~ We are making this classic dish two different ways. We will have the traditional beef and sausage layered in between the noodles, cheese and red sauce. Then we will have a veggie lasagna too, filled with roasted zucchini and garlic. An easy whole family pleasing meal for a Friday night.
