Tuesday- Buffalo Chicken Chili

~ It's back since it was much requested after the first time we made it. It is a delicious and playful spin off of the plain jane white chicken chili. This has added flavor with Redhot and cheddar cheese mixed into the uber flavored chicken and veggies base. If you didn't try it the first time, don't miss out, your family will love you for it. Pair with our salt and pepper bread and make dinner complete.

Thursday- Hungarian Mushroom

~ It has been a long time since we did this soup, and I have been craving it. It isn't your typical mushroom soup, as it has tons of fresh herbs and seasoning, particularly oregano and paprika. It adds such a unique flavor profile to it, that will keep you going back to have one more bite, as you try to pinpoint what is so good about it. Perfectly delicious with our herb salt bread or simply a buttermilk biscuit.

Friday- Spinach and Roasted Red Pepper Stuffed Chicken with Orzo

~ Another favorite for many and for good reason. This is a perfect meal for two and will leave you feeling utterly content. Tender stuffed chicken filled with spinach, roasted red pepper and cheese. Then paired with our garlic and herb orzo and Jess's infamous roasted red pepper cream sauce. I literally crave that sauce and you will too once you try it. Dinner is done.

Saturday- Quiche

Salad- Mixed Berry

~Sweet strawberries and blueberries, perfectly balance the savory blue cheese, thin sliced red onion, and candied pecans all on a bed of mixed greens. One of my favorite salads.
