Learning to quilt

The students in the Beginning Quilting class learn a lot about quilting from how to use the quilting rulers and rotary cutters to choosing fabric. Shown here is a quilt designed by a student in the "Beginning

Quilting" class. The fabrics used are from the Aboriginal Designs fabric line. Stunning isn't it? We are always amazed to see what the students in our classes create.

If you would like to learn how to quilt while creating a beautiful quilt yourself, this would be a great place to start. Marie teaches the class and she has rave reviews from her students. In case you missed our last newsletter. We want to let you know that Golden Quilt Company is featured in the Quilt Sampler magazine. The directions for making the quilt above are in the magazine. You can order a kit from us. The finished quilt is approximately 58x68 inches.
