President & CEO's Message
Hello and the warmest of greetings to you all as we embrace the mid-winter warm up and thaw out from the arctic weather that had been upon us over the last week!

Welcome to the new and improved Bay Future, Inc. E-Brief: Bay Future Focus! This will be a way to keep a high degree of communication on-going between what is happening in and around the organization, Bay City, and Bay County, as well as a barometer for what is happening within the industries and businesses that support our local economic climate, and you !  With monthly sections that focus on our local companies and industries, our hottest properties for expansion and redevelopment, current projects being announced and completed through-out our community, along with grant opportunities, programs, and resources that are available to help you weather any storm (business-wise).

All weather puns aside, we hope that this e-mail will be one you look forward to opening every month and that it sparks thought, questions, action, and additional communication amongst us all to help bring additional economic prosperity to our community.

If you are active on social media and are interested in additional information, more than once a month, please consider following us. And you can always visit us online at our website: www.BayFuture.com .

Until next time, stay warm and happy reading!
