We empower individuals across the lifespan to live with
dignity and independence in the community setting of their choice
by providing quality resources and services.
A message regarding our continuing services
BayPath is continuing to provide services while taking all possible precautions to safeguard wellness.

The most important priority to BayPath Elder Services is the well-being of our consumers and staff. We are reaching out to advise that BayPath is providing full-time service, in all departments, for all our consumers, without interruption.

BayPath is actively taking new referrals from our catchment area and communicating consistently with our existing consumers. Our main number 508-573-7200, and our front desk is routing calls to the proper department/individual.

While we are not making in-home visits, our care managers are executing tele-checks with consumers to monitor and maintain their well-being. Our Senior Management team is remaining in close communication with our extensive network of in-home service providers and our community partners to facilitate the support services our home care recipients require.

BayPath's Meals on Wheels delivery continues to run on a Tuesday and Friday schedule providing three meals on each delivery day so that our consumers are covered for the days in between deliveries. Due to the Independence Day holiday being observed on Friday, July 3, we will be delivering meals on Tuesday, June 30, and Thursday, July 2. All consumers have been notified of this change.

Our Information and Referral Department is always available to provide you with the information, referrals, and supports you need.

Much of our staff is still operating remotely, so please be advised that you may receive a return call from an unknown number as our staff will be calling from cell phones. BayPath’s Executive Management team is implementing a phased plan to have a small portion of the staff return to the office in a manner that ensures social distancing and the use of personal protective equipment. This phasing will be closely monitored to maintain the health of both our staff and our consumers.

BayPath Elder Services remains in close contact with the  MA Executive Office of Elder Affairs , the Massachusetts  Department of Public Health , and other state and local agencies regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following their guidance as well as the  CDC  recommended best practices to ensure that we are continuing to provide the most thorough and safe services to our consumers.

As the situation changes, we will update the website and social media platforms as rapidly as possible. For any questions, please call the main number 508-573-7200, or visit our website  www.baypath.org  to reach us via email.
