Bayaud Enterprises' Third Quarterly Edition: Summer 2023

LETTER FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: TAMMY BELLOFATTO

Hello,

Did you know that Bayaud offers 128 distinct services to constituents? Or that our document/hard drive destruction (shredding) services saves 10 million gallons of water and 25,000 trees annually by recycling shredded paper?

To learn more about Bayaud's community efforts, join us this Saturday, 1-5pm, at Belmar Plaza in Lakewood (south of Alameda at Teller) to taste good food and winespin the Wheel of Chance for prizes, or play chess or ping pongwhile raising funds to support Bayaud’s wide array of programs and services to underserved adults and families in the metro area.

In this issue, we share more good press (The Colorado Sun) and highlight a success story of an employee (Tattered Cover Open Mic). Can you define social enterprise? We describe the history and impact of social enterprises on non-profit organizations like Bayaud. If you are an employer, we might have the right candidate for you through a subsidized training and employment program known as CW-STEP.

At Bayaud, we pivot our programs and services to meet changing needs. Please join us Saturday to have fun while fundraising!

Thank you for your continued support.

Tammy Bellofatto
