Hi there,

Congratulations once again on your acceptance to Bayfront Winter Art & Craft Show. Booth fees are now overdue and reminders have been sent. Please go to www.blueribbonevent.com and make those final booth payments to avoid being moved to the waitlist.

Event setup will start at 6:30am Saturday. Please bring a dolly if needed.

I will be ready for trailers & big rigs at 6am! Please don't park in load zone before 6:30 if you are NOT one of these.

There is no driving on the sidewalks or park. Bring your dolly if you need it.

You will pull up and park in loading zone. See attached map. There are approximately 15 spaces. You have 30 minutes to unload and move car to out of unloading zone to public parking spaces. Do not move any cones! Turn off 41 onto Main St, take 1st right onto Gulfstream, the unload parking spaces jut in slightly on right hand side.

Please arrive, park and find event staff. I am generally carrying a clipboard. You will be given your booth space.

Please be courteous to other artists and vendors and unload first to sidewalk, move your vehicle to artist parking and then setup booth. this is how we keep the spaces flipping..

Artist parking, is any public parking spaces in downtown Sarasota. There are hundreds of marked and unmarked spaces available for on-street parking. Time and days vary for restrictions, but the effective time restriction periods are Monday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., excluding city holidays and Sundays. Signs are posted near parking spaces and should be seen by anyone with reasonably good vision. There are multiple parking garages. (see map below)

Please make sure you have weights. I am NOT flexible on this for the safety of other makers and for the safety of the public. You are near water! There is NO staking in this city park. No water jugs, cat litter bottles. Weight checks will be done once you get tent setup.

1. Sarasota has a NO overnight camping ordinance.
2. Sarasota has a NO STAKING in parks policy.
3. White tents only!
4. If using a generator, for the courtesy of your neighbors and customers, it must be 50 feet away from your booth and you must let us know if using before event. Make sure you have at least a 50 foot extension and any tape or mat you may need to cover any sidewalk or walkway.

Please be sure to share Facebook event. You may also post photos and info for shoppers. Each artist paid timely will be featured here. 1st artist reel will start circulating in socials next week.

Lastly, we have an updated website at www.blueribbonevent.com. Our existing website will forward to new one. Moving forward, you must go to the website to purchase, pay and secure your booth space. No invoices will be sent anymore. All event setup and notifications will also be posted directly on each event for easy access with at least one setup email sent at least 30 days before event to all attendees signed up and paid.
