Active C-PACE States

C-PACE continues its march as a mainstream finance tool, having topped $7 billion in total financings, according to PACENation. A detailed list of all eligible PACE locations can be found here.

Georgia: Georgia has recently passed a bill authorizing C-PACE throughout the entire state. The City of Atlanta is currently active, and the remainder of the state should be active later this year.

Idaho: Idaho passed legislation to enable a C-PACE program to be created. We expect the program will be active later this year.

Michigan: Michigan approved a new bill allowing for resiliency measures to be included in PACE financing. This bill will increase the amount of a project that can be financed through PACE.

Minnesota: The C-PACE program in Minnesota is eliminating Savings to Investment Ratio, going from 20 years to 30, and increasing Loan to Value from 20% to 30%, awaiting the Governor’s signature.

New Mexico: New Mexico C-PACE Program launches website, statewide program administrator now in place.
