Bazaar After Dark heads to New London June 3
|
|
The Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce is hosting its popular Fox Cities night market, Bazaar After Dark, in New London on June 3. The market will be located along N. Water Street from Shawano Street to Pearl Street and along one block of S. Pearl Street to Waupaca Street. Bazaar After Dark is an inclusive, family-friendly street market event. Chamber Member News: Appleton Airport welcomes record number of travelers
Appleton International Airport saw a record-breaking month in March, surpassing the most monthly passengers in the airport’s 57-year history. This March, over 90,000 travelers passed through the airport, eclipsing the previous record of 77,500 in July of 2021. Read more>>

Literacy for All

The 2021-22 Leadership Fox Cities class continues to meet monthly for their curriculum, but did you know that group projects are another part of the program? We will be spotlighting some of these projects in Fox Cities Week!
Project Spotlight #1: Literacy for All

The focus of Literacy for All is to establish three library stations in low-income areas within the Fox Valley where children could access free books. The main objectives of this undertaking are to promote literacy by expanding local children's literacy horizons as well as their passion for reading, all while cultivating a spirit of generosity and sharing within the communities.
