We are excited to announce that the ISNA Bazaar (ISNA Expo) at the 62nd Annual ISNA Convention will be held at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, 5555 N River Rd, Rosemont, IL 60018 from August 29 - September 1, 2025.
This convention will bring together thousands of attendees from across North America and we
welcome you to participate. This year's convention bazaar will have up to 500 booths. We continue to take steps to make this an enjoyable and profitable experience for all of you. As vendors and exhibitors, you have been a big part of the ISNA Convention. We value this relationship and thank you for your participation and we also welcome the new vendors.
We want to inform you that the online bazaar booth reservation will begin on the ISNA website
on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 12:30 P.M. (Eastern Standard Time).

For your convenience, a Bazaar Layout is linked HERE; it provides Bazaar Layout details and
prices. This will allow you to see booth options before you reserve the booths. All booths are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Each 10 x 10 booth comes with a draped table, two chairs, a back drape, side drapes, and a
company ID sign. When you arrive in the bazaar hall, please check-in at the bazaar office, where
you will receive your convention name badges.
Each booth comes with two complimentary convention registrations/name badges.
Upon confirmation of your online booth reservation, an exhibitor decorator kit will be sent to you.
This decorator kit will have detailed information about shipping and ordering supplies, such as
electricity, furniture, and custom signs. These items are not included in the booth purchase price;
there will be a separate charge for all items ordered from the decorating company. Please review this kit for pricing and other information and arrange for supplies directly with the decorating company. This company will also facilitate any on-site needs. However, all on-site requests are subject to availability. Because it will be cheaper and more time-efficient to order supplies in advance, you are advised to place all special requests with the decorating company prior to the convention.
